All payments to Shroom SEO are final. We do not offer refunds, full or partial, for any reason. This page explains what that means and what you can do instead.
Why there are no refunds
SEO work starts as soon as your plan begins. In your first days we audit your website, research your keywords, set up tracking and begin fixes and content. That time and work cannot be taken back once it is done, so every payment covers work that has already started.
What is not refundable
- Monthly plan fees (Local Basics, Starter, Growth and custom plans), including your first month.
- Any month that has already started, even if you cancel partway through it.
- Unused time, unused hours or tasks that were not used in a month.
- Setup work, audits, content, links and any other completed work.
- Results. SEO depends on Google, and no one can promise rankings, traffic or sales. Not reaching a ranking, traffic or sales goal is not grounds for a refund. See our Terms & Conditions.
Try us first, for free
Every plan starts with a free consultation call. You are not charged anything until after that call, when you decide to go ahead and pay through your checkout link. Please ask every question you have before you pay.
You can cancel any time
Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date:
- Your cancellation stops all future charges.
- Your plan stays active, and we keep working, until the end of the month you already paid for.
- The month you already paid for is not refunded or prorated.

Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount because of an error on our side, contact us and we will correct the charge. Fixing our own billing mistake is not a refund of a valid payment.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card company. Disputes of valid charges for work already done may lead to your account being suspended.
Your legal rights
This policy does not remove any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
