These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to SEO services provided by Shroom SEO (“we”, “us”). By using the website or signing up for a plan, you agree to them.
Our services
We provide search engine optimization (SEO) services as described in the plan you choose, including audits, technical fixes, on-page and content work, local SEO, link building and reporting. The exact work for each client is confirmed in writing before it starts.
No guaranteed rankings
Search engines such as Google control their own rankings and change them often. We use white-hat methods that follow search engine guidelines, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, lead or revenue result.
Fees and billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you sign up. Prices on this website may change; any change to your plan’s price will be given to you in writing at least 30 days before it applies.
- Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
- Fees already paid for a month that has started are not refundable unless required by law.
- Third-party costs, such as paid tools, content or advertising you approve, are billed separately.
Access to your website and accounts
To do the work, you agree to give us access to your website and related accounts, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile. Please add us as our own user rather than sharing your password. You remain the owner of your website and accounts, can remove our access at any time and are responsible for keeping your own backups. We will take reasonable care when making changes.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information and timely approvals when we ask for them.
- Make sure you have the right to use any content, images or trademarks you give us.
- Do not ask us to use methods that break search engine guidelines or the law.
Ownership
Once paid for, content and changes we create for your website belong to you. We keep our own tools, templates and know-how. We will mention you as a client only with your permission.
Confidentiality
We keep your logins, business data and reports confidential and use them only to provide our services.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, or for changes made by search engines, hosting providers or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
