Cancellation Policy

Shroom SEO plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time. This page explains how cancelling works for your SEO plan and for consultation calls.

Cancelling your SEO plan

  • Cancel any time. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term.
  • Cancel before your next billing date. Plans are billed monthly in advance. To avoid being charged for the next month, your cancellation must reach us before your next billing date.
  • Your plan runs to the end of the paid month. After you cancel, we keep working until the end of the month you already paid for. Your plan then ends and you will not be charged again.
  • No refunds. The month you already paid for is not refunded or prorated, even if you cancel on the first day. See our Refund Policy.

How to cancel your plan

  1. Send us a cancellation request through the contact form, from the email address on your account.
  2. Include your business name and say that you want to cancel your plan.
  3. We will confirm your cancellation by email and tell you the date your plan ends.

Your cancellation is not final until you receive our confirmation. If you do not hear back within 2 business days, please contact us again.

What happens after you cancel

  • Work we have already completed on your website stays in place. You keep it.
  • Please remove any website, Google Search Console, Google Analytics or Google Business Profile access you gave us. We can remind you which ones we used.
  • Rankings can change after work stops. We cannot promise that results will stay the same.
  • You are welcome back at any time. Restarting is billed at the current price for your plan.

Cancelling or rescheduling a consultation call

The consultation call is free. If you cannot make it:

  • Use the Manage, cancel, or reschedule link in your booking confirmation email.
  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your call. Inside 24 hours, contact us through the contact form instead.
  • If you miss a call without telling us, we may ask you to book a new time.

If we cancel

We may end a plan if payments fail, if a valid charge is disputed, or if these terms or our Terms & Conditions are broken. We will tell you by email. You will not be charged for any month after your plan ends.
